Baltic amber is one of nature’s slowest gifts — formed over 44 million years from the resin of ancient forests along the shores of the Baltic Sea. Each piece carries that history with it. No two stones are the same.
The amber used here was ethically sourced, selected for the particular quality of its colour: a warm, almost luminous honey tone that speaks for itself when the light finds it.
The stone is irregularly cut — matte across the top surface, then polished to a smooth finish at the base that reveals its almost see through depth. It catches the light quietly, without shouting.
There is something meditative about the contrast between the raw and the refined in a single stone.
The setting and chain are crafted from sterling silver 925 with gold plating, chosen for their skin safe, hypoallergenic properties as much as their beauty.
The chain itself is two tone: part warm gold, part oxidised silver — a combination that gives the piece a lived in, considered character that sets it apart from anything mass produced.
